Plastic Beach
The Gorillaz new album is greaaat!!.. I've listened to it 3 times already and it's def already 1 of the best albums of 2010!!!

A band from Berkley, CA (so you know their music is gonna be interesting) the melody sounds like it could be on the Grease soundtrack or something.. like a Frankie Valli tune or something
Baltimore based band, this mellow track is actually picking up a lot of steam so have a listen
A Brooklyn based band, sounds like Animal Collective a little bit.. but with a little more "sense" if that makes sense... have a listen
A little bit of a random post, but it's the theme song from my fav show right now "How To Make It In America" .. it's got soul
A little bit of synthy music
Sounds like it should be a hip-hop beat.. but then a sexy ladies voice comes in an chills it all out
